Definition: In this training, we are focusing on changing minds of the participants by cascading the evolution of safety culture and the importance of behavioral changes of workers by adding the “value” concept of safety. At the end of this training, in the mid & long-term, we are expecting to observe positive attitudes among the employees for ensuring good H&S performance of the company.
